Full/Part Time Chef/Cook (Maternity Cover Fixed Term Contract)

At the Greenhouse Kitchen, based within Codsall & Wergs Garden Centre, we aim to provide delicious food for everyone to enjoy, in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

We are looking for an experienced cook to join our small, friendly team for Maternity Cover Contract on a Full or Part-time basis. This position will include weekend hours.

Main duties:
Preparing and serving food to a very high standard.
Assisting in the running of the kitchen.
Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
Providing support to other colleagues to ensure all customers receive excellent service.

Key skills, experience and attributes:
Previous experience as a kitchen cook is essential.
Understanding of health and hygiene within a kitchen environment.
Positive 'can do' attitude and passion to produce consistent, high quality food and excellent service.
A 'real' team player.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
Hard working and professional.
